 The Coordinator Organization- EU'n'U Mobility

Our group was established by university students and young professionals from Thessaloniki and Athens in order to provide mobility opportunities to young people that come from marginalized societal groups and rural areas with fewer opportunities, and to introduce non-formal education into the lives of the next generation of European citizens.According to our status and individual skill sets, we are a non-commercial organization which can provide educational services in multiple topics, such as social inclusion and intercultural exchange, digital competencies and professional skills, social entrepreneurship and sustainable innovation, well-being and mental health.We are trying to attract young talent to create and implement youth projects, aimed at development of multicultural communications, cultural diversity, interreligious dialogue and tolerance in today’s society. 

The mission of our group is to provide non-formal education opportunities to the least priviledged members of society, and help foster a more tolerant, open-minded and creative next generation.

Objectives of the organization:

• To facilitate young people in achieving their creative potential

• To foster intercultural communication and social inclusion

• To enhance digital competencies of participants

• To support youth initiatives in various fields, adjacent to the core competencies of our group

• To create conditions for active involvement of young people into social, economic and cultural life 

• To promote the notions of well-being, sustainability and social entrepreneurship

• Popularization of democratic ideas, institutions of a civil society

• To develop respect for public, liberal, democratic and European values 

• To develop the international youth cooperation, to cooperate with foreign youth organizations

Activities:

*Cultural activities: We organise cultural activities which contribute to or enhance the historical or social development,appreciation of members of the public as well as ensuring inclusion of youngster with fewer opportunities including cooking traditional dishes from other countries, local concerts, theater workshops and performances, instrument playing workshops,guided tour of historical locations, dance workshops and festivals, Drawing, painting, and crafts workshops,Photography and film workshops and festivals.

*Digital skills training for employability: We organize trainings about Programming, Web and App Development, Graphical design, media literacy, Digital marketing tools, Social media marketing, using Web 2.0 tools, digital social entrepreneurship

*Environmental education for sustainability: We organise trainings and workshops about planting, composting, recycling and 3R method, climate change and biodiversity, craft making workshops from waste materials

Simas Education,Culture and Sport Association

Simas Education,Culture and Sport Association was newly established association in order to contribute to the social, cultural and economic development of the civil society, we organise educational, cultural, sportive and social projects at national and international level for all segments of the society, especially disabled and disadvantaged.

We are organising following activities:

* Women’s right education: We are organising workshops with women and other part of society to inform them about their rights, how to organise campaign and creation of political papers.

* Music activities: We are organising musical workshops with disadvantaged including youngsters, disabled and migrants to improve their musical skills and skills on human rights, cultural differences and intercultural dialogue.

-Chorus: We formed a Chorus Group with the conductor Aygün Çam to enable different social groups including Syrians being familiar and develop intercultural dialogue.

- Instrument Playing: We are collaborating with Beyoğlu Gençlik Merkezi to provide instrument playing training including guitar, piano, kemençe(national instrument) and drum.

* Technology

- Improvement digital skills of teachers and youth workers: We are providing training about technology planning model, technology integration model and digital tools that can be integrated into learning process eg. Web 2.0 tools, design of multimedia, educational videos, augmented/virtual reality environment, gamification and as well as training about design of blended learning, flipped learning, educational games and gamification

- Improvement digital skills of youngsters, elders and disadvantaged: We are providing training about media literacy, digital literacy and visual literacy, coding skills including MIT App inventor, Scratch, Pyhton, digital citizenship, cyber bullying. -

-Design of e-learning platform: we desing e-learning platform for distance, blended and flipped learning with our distance education designer and educational technologists.

* Sport activities

To let our community members to refresh their bodies and minds as well as increasing their participation in physical activities and social inclusion , we organise recreational, leisure and sport activities for members of our target group.

*Environmental Activities:

To raise awareness of target group about environmental sustainability and change their life in sustainable way we organise beach cleaning activities, waste management trainings, compost creation activities, environmental sport activities like orienteering for environment, craft making from plactics

EMBARCA NO MUNDO ASSOCIAÇÃO

Since it was a youth group, EmBarca has been involved in several activities with the local community, like participating in some events like "Migrants together" which gathered youngsters from the village. The team usually volunteers in some annual festivities like “São Bartolomeu” and the “Folk Celta” Festival, which gather people from all the country and foreigners.

Some activities were held to help develop intercultural and communication skills, and, from time to time, visits to local schools happened to raise awareness following the NGOs beliefs.

Moreover, our volunteers have participated in many Training Courses and Youth Exchanges, locally and abroad. The Erasmus+ projects already implemented by EmBarca are namely “We are the Same Land”, “Together to Thrive”, “Prevention of Cyberbullying Through Youth Work: Tools and Methods”, “Go Easy on the Gas!” and “Let’s Save the Planet: One bug at a time”. The team has one project ongoing "Breaking the Silence". Topics addressed are mainly regarding social issues or sustainability

Les Amis de la JSK is a recently established non-profit organization with a mission

centered on promoting inclusivity and empowerment, particularly among individuals

confronting various obstacles, including disabilities and socio-economic, cultural, and

geographical barriers. Our fundamental objective is to elevate their capabilities, combat

discrimination, racism, and intolerance, and enable them to actively participate in society.

Moreover, we provide support in locating suitable educational and employment

opportunities within these domains through an array of national and international projects

spanning education, culture, sports, and social initiatives.

At the core of our organizational vision is the advancement of sports, digital transformation,

environmental sustainability, and the fostering of social inclusion, all achieved through the

implementation of artistic, athletic, environmental, and digital projects. We facilitate

symposia, seminars, conferences, and roundtable discussions spanning various fields,

including culture, sports, environment, and digital transformation. Furthermore, we organize

local and international music competitions and festivals. Our commitment extends to

nurturing and educating young, talented individuals while curating public events tailored to

their unique needs. Additionally, our philanthropic activities are geared towards providing

financial and other forms of assistance to disadvantaged youth.

concerts, workshops, seminars, training sessions, and intercultural events. Our local

fundraising endeavors play a crucial role in supporting our social projects.

Our multifaceted activities encompass:

Human Rights Education: We conduct training sessions and workshops designed to

educate underprivileged groups, such as women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and migrants,

about their human rights and specific entitlements. These efforts encompass both online

and in-person campaigns, the creation of digital content to amplify their voices and

visibility, and the development of policy recommendation documents.

Sports: We offer sports training courses to community members, covering playing,

training, and the organization of competitions to encourage active and healthy lifestyles.

Artistic Initiatives: Through workshops in theater, music, puppetry, and digital storytelling,

we empower disadvantaged groups to actively engage in society while honing their artistic

talents.

Technology: Our organization provides training in technology planning models,

technology integration models, and the use of digital tools for educational purposes,

including Web 2.0 tools, multimedia design, educational videos, augmented/virtual reality

environments, generative artificial inteligence tools and gamification. We also deliver

instruction on the design of blended learning, flipped learning, and educational games for

youth workers and teachers.

Environmental Initiatives: Our organization conducts training sessions and workshops on

planting, environmental protection, agriculture, composting, waste management, food

waste reduction, recycling, and green entrepreneurship to promote eco-friendly practices

and sustainable living.

Entrepreneurship: We provide training programs focused on digital marketing, social

media content creation, and entrepreneurship to equip individuals with the skills needed to

succeed in the modern business landscape.
