Activities DAY 8

The eighth and final day of #EcoArt marked a meaningful conclusion to a week full of creativity, collaboration, and environmental learning under the EU-funded Erasmus+ Youth Mobility Project (Project No: 2024-3-EL02-KA152-YOU-000272187). This day was dedicated to reflection, empowerment, and inspiring participants to take the knowledge and skills they gained back into their own communities. 🌍💚

💡 New Project Ideas: Turning Knowledge into Action

The morning began with the “New Project Ideas” session, where participants explored the Erasmus+ project management cycle.

Guided by facilitators, participants learned how to transform ideas into impactful youth initiatives and were encouraged to take active roles in their societies.

Working in groups, they designed their own project concepts, applying the steps of the project cycle to develop innovative ideas for future Erasmus+ applications — all focused on sustainability, creativity, and youth empowerment. 🌱✨

📝 Final Evaluation and Reflection

After a coffee break, participants engaged in the “Final Evaluation” session.

They began by creating a second mind map about recycling and art, visualizing their learning journey from the start of the project. Then, they completed digital evaluation forms to share feedback and reflect on key outcomes.

Working in national teams, participants evaluated aspects such as group dynamics, atmosphere, meals, accommodation, non-formal education techniques, team relations, and balance between activities and free time. Each participant also began filling in their Youthpass certificates, recognizing the key competences developed throughout the project. 🖌️💻

♻️ Developing a Recycling Initiative

After lunch, the day continued with “Developing a Recycling Initiative,” a practical workshop aimed at applying knowledge in real-world contexts.

Participants were divided into small groups, discussing the importance of recycling, analyzing successful examples, and brainstorming creative ways to engage their local communities. Each group developed a detailed initiative plan— including actions, timelines, resources, and community engagement strategies — and presented their ideas to peers for feedback and inspiration.

This session empowered participants to take active steps towards sustainability in their own communities, turning learning into tangible action. 🌿💡

🌟 YouthPass Ceremony: Celebrating Achievements

The project concluded with a warm and emotional YouthPass Ceremony.

Participants exchanged heartfelt notes, celebrated collective achievements, and received their Youthpass certificates, marking the end of an unforgettable experience filled with creativity, sustainability, and intercultural connections. The ceremony highlighted the growth, learning, and friendships formed throughout the week. 💚✨
